Letting some stars shine.

I am not much for Halloween, and I know I’ve said that before. Most girls I have known or seen (and I say most, not ALL) use this occasion to wear as little clothing as possible, and it’s just really annoying. It reminds me of that scene in ‘Mean Girls’, where the girls are dressing up for Halloween, and the only identifying item they’re wearing is cat ears, or mouse ears, or BUNNY ears. The rest of them is boobs and legs, and I’m sorry, but when did sex become the point of everything?

All the being said, we went out on Saturday and had a wonderful time. I didn’t dress up, but I did rock some glow sticks with my friend Lydia, and danced the night away. Lydia borrowed Jeremy’s hotdog costume from last year, and the bar we were at had two dollar jello shots, so “when in Rome…”

Is it already November? Because honestly, I feel like fall just got here. I’m really looking forward to the holidays though, so I’m welcoming tomorrow with open arms. I really want snow this year, and to put up Christmas lights the day after Thanksgiving. I want tradition, Bing Crosby, and game nights. It’s the stereotypical time for togetherness, and I want it all.
