“She was tired of everyone wanting to go to heaven, nobody wanting to die. The only thing worth grieving over, she said, was that sometimes there was more beauty in this life than the world could bear.”
My father will disagree, but I love tattoos. He won’t disagree with the fact that I love them, but he’ll disagree with them, period. That’s fine, because he’s a dad, and he has every right to disagree with what I do, and I know that it comes from a good place.
However.
That isn’t going to stop any future tattoos I might get (sorry Dad), especially with this website in existence. The perfect blending of two of my favorite things: literary quotations and art.
This has just set my mind running full speed ahead. Enough for now.
Oh no you won’t! Stop, don’t even think of it! Get off that bus, stop that train, turn that car back towards home. Daddy’s little girl needs no more tats!
He will however still love you in spite of your desire to merge the artful and the literary.
